No Returns and Exchange Policy

We regret to inform you that our store will be implementing a No Returns and Exchange Policy starting today, 06/13/2023. This policy is being put into effect due to numerous reasons.

Firstly, our store has faced significant losses in the past due to the high number of returns and exchanges. These losses have caused a negative impact on our business, and we need to minimize them to continue providing quality products and services.

Secondly, we have noticed that some customers are intentionally purchasing products with the intent of returning them for personal gain. This act not only harms our business financially but also creates inconvenience for our staff and other customers.

We urge our customers to be mindful of their purchases and carefully consider their choices before making a purchase in our store. We understand that there may be special circumstances where a return or exchange may be necessary, and in such cases, we will evaluate them on a case-by-case basis.
